Edit By:Care Cars
THe main thing you need to know to save when using flex fuel is this, if you fill half with flex fuel and half with regular gas, you will get almost the same exact gas mileage as regular gas and save a little money. I drive a 1998 Dodge that uses flex fuel.
Random Tip:Step By Step Teach You How To Buy a New Car
On flex only I get 14.3 per gallon, on regular gas I get 19.2 a gallon, on the mixture which saves me $5-10 per fuel up I get 18.9! I think its worth it to save that extra money!
