ABS fuse problem ford windstar

Edit By:Care Cars
Q:I have a 1997 ford windstar and Had the front terminals and busching replaced and also the frond breaks, When I was driving the abs light started blinking and stood on this is the yellow abs light. so I pulled over and shut the car off looked to se if anything was loose but didn't see anything so I turned on the car and the light was off, about a mile down my break light turn on but now its the red one, so I went home and checked and the fuse was burned fuse number 33 so I replaced it with a 15 amp and all was well, but when shifting into reverse it burns out again, but dont figure why the reverse light dosent go on when fuse is burn because this fuse is for the abs, any suggestions much apreciated
A:I'd like to help, but I don't know what "terminals", "busching" or "frond breaks" are. One more time, in English, with puctuation please.
A:
well hobo, "busching" is the act of supplying someone w/ busch beer, "frond breaks" break fronds when you happen to be driving through fronds, and "terminal" is possibly a substitute for "end", so maybe he had his front frond end replaced...
A:ok I sent my ford to a mechanic because my front end was shacking when I drive. He replaced the terminals which steer the wheels because they were bad then he changed my brekes they were worn. I drove my car and the abs light started flashing on and off, I pulled over to the side of the road and inspected to see if the connector;s for the abs behind the wheel plates were connected or loose. After I checked all was well i turn on the car and the abs didn't flash anymore, about 1 to 2 miles my red break light turned on so I proceeded home, when I inspected the fuse, fuse #33 which pertains to the abs relay was shorted I replaced and light went off, the next day I started my car and everything looked good until I put it in reverse the red breaklight went on and the fuse was shorted again. hope this is clearer..
A:Hi,

I seem to have curse on me & all of my cars have suffered form crazy fuse problems, at first used to run to the shop, but slowly started fixing on my own.

I found this site, it has plenty of fuse problem solutions -
http://www.fixya.com/support/t719090-car_fuse_problem

I recommend it, it helped me a few times, there car section is new, but still it has plenty of info.

Good luck,
Jimmy.
