Remove any panels in the truck as specified by the alarm manual.

Find a location and mount the alarm siren. A common location is under the hood.

Place the alarm module somewhere in the truck where it will not be seen.

Consult the manual and run the valet switch. At this time you may need to call a tech support line for additional help.

Wire the external antenna and plug it into the alarm module.

Install the alarm’s LED light. This step may be a bit tricky but a tech support representative will be able to help you.

Locate your truck’s battery and connect the alarm’s power wire to it. You will also need to attach a fuse to the power wire as directed by your manual.

Install your alarms shock detector. Call a tech support line for help in wiring this component.

Organize the alarm’s door lock components. You will have to do some more wiring in this step to completely install the lock sensors.

Contact a tech advisor to assist you in wiring your alarm’s current sensory component if it has one.

Find your truck’s starter wire. This will be located in the steering column. Wire your alarm’s starter disabling component at this time as directed by the manual.
