Tips And Advices - Find Information on What Drugs Fall Into Schedule 3

Edit By:Care Cars

Understand What Drugs Fall Into Schedule 3

Steroids, diet drugs and some narcotics fall into Schedule 3. These drugs have the potential to seriously alter your body and mental state. In some instances, they can cause great physical and mental harm. If you are abusing Schedule 3 drugs, get help at Narcotics Anonymous (see Resources below).

Take appropriate follow-up action with an attorney if necessary. The American Bar Association (see Resources below) can help you find one. You can also find one yourself in your local telephone book under the heading ''Attorneys.'' An attorney will defend you in court if need be and can give you more information on the laws regarding the possession and sale of Schedule 3 drugs.

Visit the Web site of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) (see Resources below) and look at the page on Drug Scheduling. You will see a listing of what drugs fall into all 5 schedules in alphabetical order within a schedule by the chemical name of the drug. Common names of the drugs are sometimes listed, and whether or not the substance is a precursor to another drug is also sometimes noted.
